Where is best to store your Will?

If you've had your Will written by an online option or another Will Writer, you may not have a copy of your Will. Therefore, it is advised that you ask the company who carried out your Will writing to send you a copy that you can keep safe; this will allow your Will to be found easily.
If you live alone, we still advise that you keep a copy at home in a safe place but can be easily located. You need to inform your executor where you plan to keep your Will. Unfortunately, people's last wishes are often not granted because the Will cannot be located. This is why it's advised that you keep a duplicate elsewhere. The majority of people who keep copies of their Will often choose the Will Writing company or the solicitor to store it for them.
